This company will first undercut any other quote you get, then after you agree all fees including VAT, they contact you and say VAT not included and want a further £300, then they will say they have no pots or pans to cook the food with, and charge you a further £237 to hire the equipment. Then 2 days before your event they will contact you and say that your venue, a 4 star Holiday Inn Kitchen does not meet their hygiene standards and they are cancelling the booking, they will ask for your bank details BUT WILL NOT REFUND £1870.60 BACK TO YOU. You will need to go to your bank security to investigate this company. Once they have your funds they will no longer take your calls, reply to emails or text.
