The price is dependant on the number of staff you require and the type of service you need. There is a small charge of .35p a mile for all events outside Sheffield and travel time at cost for events more than 45 minutes away.

Do you require trained, committed and knowledgeable staff? Staff that can represent your business, assist at your party or help your event run brilliantly. We can supply engaging and fully trained front of house staff who are smart in appearance and enjoy what they do. Whether you need two person for a small private party or a whole team we are here to help you succeed. We will work closely together to ensure we send the best staff to meet your specific needs. We can also supply drinks, glass wear, luxury nibbles, canape's and cheese boards.

We also have a reclaimed wood and steel bespoke mobile bar for hire either dry hire (just the bar) or with staff, equipment, glasses and drinks.

We offer an exceptional service at very competitive prices. With out doubt offering exceptional customer service is our top priority in everything we do.

We are of course fully insured.

  • Is there a minimum booking period?
    Yes, 5 hours
  • What do you wear?
    We are smart dressed in black with black aprons. We can wear a tie of your choosing to fit with a colour scheme. We can also 'go vintage' with a way more relaxed approach and vintage pinnies, white shirts, skinny jeans and braces.
  • How do I know how many staff to hire?
    Well this all depends on your food and drink service, your guest numbers and layout of your venue. We can discuss this with you and give you the most efficient team for your event. As a rule of thumb for plated food service we recommend you hire 1 waiting staff for every 12 guests and for a buffet it would be 1 waiting staff for every 20 guests.
  • What area do you cover?
    We cover a 50 mile radius of Sheffield but can travel further on request.
  • What other services are included that I may not have thought of?
    We can lend you a celebration cake knife for photos We can cut your wedding cake and serve it to guests We can chill and serve your arrival drinks, drinks throughout your meal and your toast drinks for you If you want a cash bar, we can advise you on license, service and drinks you will need.
