Mike and Cristian provided an amazing experience for my sister's hen weekend. They made a great team and everyone commented on how much fun it was, which was fully down to their energy and engagement with us. Thank you so much!

This is the second time I have hired POM events through poptop. They are brilliant, the cocktails taste great and they bring a great energy too. We will definitely hire them again.

Mike and his team were absolutely perfect, I don't think there's a single thing they could have done better. They were incredibly friendly, with our guests endlessly telling us how great they were, and they brought such a positive energy, while also reading the room perfectly to create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, as we didn't want anything over-formal (although I have zero doubt that they could also provide that if required!). They were amazing from start to finish, despite it being a long day.

Mike's communication from our first enquiry until the very end of the event was fantastic, which is so reassuring when you're trying to organise a big event with so many moving parts, and they coped incredibly well with our perhaps over-zealous list of instructions for the day!

Mike hosted a cocktail class for my sisters 30th birthday!

Pom events attended our Nikaa ceremony in stoke and they were absolutely amazing. They were really professional and went over and beyond to make the event run smoothly. We recently booked Mike’s Cocktail Masterclass for a Hen Do and it was honestly a great experience, I can’t recommend Mike and Hev enough for the evening they put on.

They were incredibly knowledgeable and such great fun, several people at the event all commented on what a great evening, how much they loved the experience and that they would definitely book again!

Even with some of the banter and challenges that you can imagine come with running an event for 10 ladies on a hen do, they both were very professional but kept it light and still invoked the fun.

We hired POM Events for a 50th birthday girlie break for a cocktail masterclass. From beginning to end it was brilliant! Mike was excellent, organised and professional throughout. We all absolutely loved the afternoon. Thank you 😊

Amazing, very friendly and energetic bartenders! They brought the vibes to the venue and were beyond our expectations. The venue we used weren’t the easiest to deal with but the bartenders and waiting staff overcame all of the issues and worked their hardest to ensure the night ran smoothly and everyone enjoyed themselves. We’ve had countless compliments on the bar staff and drinks that evening - would highly recommend!!

Really simple to book. Mixologist Mike turned up. provided all glasses and all the kit. All the drink etc. Was really helpful and informative and a great experience for a dinner party of similiar to get everyone involved. Would highly reccommend.

Mike was a great host. He knew his stuff and encouraged us to make cocktails according to our tastes. He supplied good quality products and he cleaned up as he went along.

A fantastic part of the event. Mike and Brianna produced some utterly delicious cocktails and kept them well topped up throughout the evening. Every single guest highlighted how much they enjoyed the cocktails and it really lovely having the non-alcoholic equivalents alongside. The portioning estimate was spot on for 300 guests and the shopping list provided was very clear. I would definitely approach this team again for future events.

When I booked this cocktail event I was hoping it would be good ….. well Mike smashed good, he made the event absolutely amazingly brilliant.

What can we say about Mike and his fantastic team?! They were simply INCREDIBLE.

There were so many small things the team did that kept our wedding day running and which helped to add an extra sparkle. That's before we even mention the hard work Mike put in before the day and behind the scenes, to make our wedding weekend a success.

The biggest compliment I can think to offer Mike and his staff was the fact that many of our guests came up to us to tell us how fun, friendly and helpful all the staff were, how good the cocktails were, and how much they all went out of their way to ensure everyone was having a great time.

Amazing service! Mike was such a friendly guy, very chatty and got involved with all of us! Never a time without a drink and they were all delicious! Made special shots for us and made the night so special! Would recommend to everyone!

Mike is an absolute angel. You will never find an events manager who is more dedicated, polite, and knowledgeable. He made our wedding run so smoothly we couldn’t have done it without him.
His staff were incredibly professional, they all went above and beyond the call of duty.

Amazing experience! Mike and his team were super helpful and professional throughout and ensured our guests had a great time. From the planning to the execution everything was on point. Great guys, very polite and respectful , drinks were amazing, would definitely use again.

The staff arrived early and were very professional, polite and efficient. My only criticism is that I found the company quite difficult to get hold of on a couple of occasions ahead of the wedding, which was disappointing. Overall though a great service.

The bar tenders were amazing. We have used other companies before but these guys were definitely the best! All of the guests said how great they were and commented on how helpful and attentive they were.

Mike Was very kind nice and helpful had a great experience making cocktails for a hen party. Everyone enjoyed it and got us all a bit tipsy had lots of freedom to choose drinks and change the recipes for are own tastes.

Excellent service with very personable staff. Adapted to the weather conditions and was a big contributor to our party experience. Our guest all loved the cocktails.

The most incredible service I have ever experienced. The website used was fabulous. Pom were just the best, on the end of the phone at every phone call giving the best advice needed all up until the very last minute. Mike, Alfonso and Brianna were amazing. We had about 75 guests and the bar was one of the highlights thanks to this team. The guests loved them so much everyone was talking about them the next day. I was able to arrange everything via email from Canada and Mike was so patient with all my questions and back and forth emails. They arrived on time, cleaned up and our guests love loved them. They are professional, polite, engaging and I would 💯 recommend this company. Having that extra staff to top up food trays and give an extra hands with drink prep was very helpful.

Nothing too much trouble and fab touch of brining the cocktails out to guests in the garden. Guests were really impressed and will definitely be recommending and using for future events.

I honestly could not recommend this company highly enough. We booked Michael and his team just to be an extra few pairs of hands at our mostly DIY wedding reception. We needed someone to set up the welcome drinks and nibbles, and also didn’t want the guests to have to worry about clearing their own plates or washing up glasses if we ran out. I was so anxious about staff not turning up, being late or just not doing a good job but I needn’t have worried!

What Michael and his staff provided was just above and beyond anything we could have imagined. We were the first to arrive at the reception and everything had been prepared and laid out exactly how we had hoped. The team were there to welcome the guests with a smile and a perfectly made Pimms! For the rest of the night, the team did all of the tasks we had asked, plus they set up a makeshift bar and served the guests drinks including cocktails.

They were all so friendly, polite and hard-working. We never saw them sitting down/looking at their phones. We even had to encourage them to have a break and have food! They worked right up until their finishing time and left their area spotlessly clean and tidy. So many guests commented on how great they were and I cannot imagine how the event would have gone without them. Thank you!

Amazing!! Michael ands team were absolutely superb - providing bar services for our son's wedding. Highly professional and well organised, nothing was too much trouble. Our guests remarked on how efficient and pleasant the whole team was. and I would certainly agree with that sentiment. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again. Christian was fantastic, fun and professional. The impromptu salsa class was a great touch and the whole experience made my sisters 40th birthday celebrations. I've had quite a few people enquiring with me since as to who I booked - for which I have passed on your details as a recommendation. Other than a (slight) miscommunication regarding timing, the service and experience was excellent and will definitely be booking again going forward.

Amazing experience with poptop! We hired Michael as part of a dry bar service to come and serve at our cocktail party at home. It was brilliant and he made the event really special - great cocktails and a really great service ! Everyone commented that he was great ! Thank you !

The attention to detail, commitment, and professionalism displayed by Michael and his colleagues were observed by our guests who praised the quality of their service. They adjust well to the situation; for example, when our glasses supplier botched the order and we had a low count, they successfully pulled it off. We 100% book their services again in the future.

POM Events were amazing - would 100% recommend. We hired them for a hen party and they were such good fun, made amazing cocktails, were super helpful leading up to the event and during, and even sorted music for us so we didn't have to worry about that. This was very last minute and I cannot fault Michael or Afonso at all! Both were so attentive all night...and even stayed a little longer than planned. From the get go Michael had a fast response time with all messages, provided a perfect menu & detailed shopping list for the signature cocktails for our themed event and was very understanding & professional at our busy bar. Will definitely be booking again for future events!

Absolutely fantastic service. Michael and Christian made our event. They looked fab, brought fun and glamour and professionalism. Great comms ahead of the event advising on cocktails and provided all mixing equipment. Came early to set up and nothing too much trouble, we didn’t have to do a thing as the hosts. They served around 50-60 guests from our bar in the outdoor marquee and everyone loved them. We provided the menu and they advised on shopping list with all syrups, even sharing stockists….. fab…..

Highly recommend, they did from 3pm-7pm at a great price for such knowledge on mixology, and would have happily stayed longer. Don’t hesitate to book these guys…

The bar staff were amazing. So friendly, so helpful. Really made our wedding day special to have such lovely staff looking after the bar and making the guests feel like royalty. Olu was absolutely fantastic, he was so attentive and patient especially with some guests arriving late he stayed later to ensure every one had the turn of making a cocktail.
He was very well mannered, and extremely organized.
The selection of drinks were beautiful!
We chose Strawberry daiquiri, Gin and jam, and a long island!
However big or small your house or garden I would highly recommend Olu and will most certainly be hiring him again!
You don't need alot of space as Olu brings absolutely every thing with him.
15 of us all had a turn at making a cocktail and this was within a 2 hour period, such a perfect start to an evening with friends or family or even just a romantic night in.
We cannot wait to do it again very soon. Thanks again Olu for making my husband's birthday a night to remember.

The service from POMEvents was fantastic!

Both guys were great - they slotted into the party without taking over, they set themselves up and left us to it! They made the cocktail making very simple for us and good fun! They got us to get involved, made our Bride to Be feel extra special. The cocktails themselves were amazing and they even brought extra Bride cocktail toppers as an added surprise which was such a nice touch! They were not shy with the alcohol and provided lots of shots! All round fantastic night - would highly recommend! 5* 5/5

Olu was absolutely spectacular. We were let down at the last minute and I managed to book Olu the day before the Hen Party and I cannot fault him at all!
One of the party was pregnant so he was able to make adjustments for the cocktails and we had a truly fab time. He managed to not only fit us in to his busy schedule, but he made us all feel so special and he really made the night!

We booked the Cocktail Masterclass for my Hen do last Saturday and it was absolutely brilliant.
The bartender Olu was excellent, really friendly and helpful. He set up everything in my garden for the afternoon, and we all got to make 3 cocktails which was great fun.

We had an amazing time Saturday afternoon, for my daughter's hen party. Junior was very professional and friendly. He fitted in like one of the guests. Would definitely recommend. We hired pom events for 22 girls on a hen party as our Saturday night activity and it couldn't have gone better!!
We had a mix of cocktails and mocktails due to a few of the group not being able to drink alcohol and this was no problem at all they made sure we all had the same experience regardless.
We made three cocktails each the whole night was light hearted and a good laugh.
