All of the Melt Mobile Bars are available to hire through a variety of different packages.
Whether you're planning on 'Dry Hiring' our equipment or you would like us to manage it for you, we will work with you to create your perfect bar package.
All of the Melt Bars have been handmade by us in one of our workshops in Bristol or Chippenham - Meaning they have been created using top quality materials and have been built in such a way that they are suitable for every type of event.
Our bars can serve anything from 50 people to 5,000 people - Our event bars come in 1.5 metre sections that easily slot together. So just let us know how many guests you have and we can recommend what bar size we suggest you use.
We also create bespoke frontage for our bars meaning that we can ensure your bar fits in with the theme and style of your event.

Excellent communication and very helpful both before and during the event. Easy to deal with and very happy to provide help when needed during the wedding reception. Unfortunately the bar throughput didn't meet anyone's expectations so we had that to deal with afterwards.

Melt Mobile Bars - Cash Bar Package
- What is the minimum spend on your bars?Our pricing structure and T&C’s are written from over 8 years experience providing mobile bar services, in order for us to operate we have calculated breakeven figures according to the number of attending guests. This breakeven figure is represented in our minimum spend and booking fees. The Minimum Spend over the bar for your event will be specified in your BOOKING CONFIRMATION FORM. In order for us to protect our staff and business we have a few Ts&Cs please see below. For all Cash Bars the following stipulations apply: * All bars must run for a minimum of 6 hours. * There must clearly be the amount of guests stated at the start of this proposal attending the event. * The minimum spend must be met over the bar during the event. * There must not be any other suppliers providing an alcohol or drinks related service. (Unless previously specified) * Clients and guests are not permitted to supply their own alcohol, this includes table wines and welcome drinks. (Unless previously specified). * If any of the above stipulations are questioned the client will be subject to charges in order to meet the agreed minimum spend.
- Do you dry hire your equipment?Absolutely, all of our bar equipment is available to hire on a dry hire basis (including our bar staff!) Please enquire to receive our full price list.
- Do you have sound, lighting, stage, PA, marquees, event managers?Absolutely - Our sister company Melt Productions will take care of all aspects of your event. Again, please enquire to discover more.
