​Melt will provide a fully stocked and staffed cash bar, serving a carefully selected range of local Lagers, Ciders, Ales, Wines and Spirits.

Our lead Bar Manager will have a personal license recognised by a local authority and will be on hand throughout the event to overcome any hurdles.
And our team of wonderful bar staff will make sure your guests feel relaxed and well looked after throughout your event.

We will apply for a Temporary Event Notice where necessary on your behalf. This will ensure your event is fully licensed.
There is a small fee of £25.00 to cover the cost of this application.

The cost for Melt Cash Bar services is dependent on several factors such as numbers attending your event and location.

Personnel

Our pricing structure and T&C’s are written from over 8 years experience providing mobile bar services, in order for us to operate we have calculated breakeven figures according to the number of attending guests. This breakeven figure is represented in our minimum spend and booking fees.
The Minimum Spend over the bar for your event will be specified in your BOOKING CONFIRMATION FORM.
In order for us to protect our staff and business we have a few Ts&Cs please see below:
For all Cash Bars the following stipulations apply:
All bars must run for a minimum of 6 hours.
There must clearly be the amount of guests stated at the start of this proposal attending the event.
The minimum spend must be met over the bar during the event.
There must not be any other suppliers providing an alcohol or drinks related service. (Unless previously specified)
Clients and guests are not permitted to supply their own alcohol, this includes table wines and welcome drinks. (Unless previously specified).
If any of the above stipulations are questioned the client will be subject to charges in order to meet the agreed minimum spend.

Location/Venue:
The location of the bar must be sheltered from the elements, either in a building or temporary structure. (If necessary we can provide a shelter - this must be discusses prior to arrival).
The floor of the bar location must be as flat as possible, if there will be uneven ground this must be stipulated prior to our arrival.
There must be a clear and accessible route to the bar location.
Access must be granted to the site as per the agreement.
Adequate electricity supply must be provided - this will be requested in the planning stages.
A fresh drinking water source must be provided within 20m of the bar location.
Amenities for our staff must be provided, this includes toilets and running water facilities upon arrival.

Electrical Products:
All electrical equipment will be supplied with up to date PAT testing.
Do not attempt to repair any electrical equipment, call us immediately.

Losses or Damages:
Any lost or damaged equipment will be charged for at replacement costs.
Our count is final on returned items, and as to quality and condition.

Responsibility:
Melt Bars will take full responsibility for any equipment when delivering a cash bar or any other service.
In the case of Dry Hire equipment once delivery has been made, ALL responsibilities are with the hirer - this includes all licensing activities, insurances, Health and Safety, Fire and enforcing the safe consumption of alcohol.
Payment Terms:
Invoices are to be paid upon presentation.
Any changes to event details such as location, guest numbers, event date and timings once booking has been made we reserve the right to make additional charges.
Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received and are cleared funds.
In the event of cancellation by the Client: 30 days prior to event = full refund, 29 - 16 days prior = 30% refund, 15 days and under = No refund.
All prices stated are subject to change and availability.
MELT BARS is part of the Melt Productions umbrella organisation - All payments will be managed through Melt Productions.

Insurance and Licensing:
All licenses will be applied for by the individual bar manager using their personal license and it is up to the on duty bar manager to enforce the under 25 rule and all licensing initiatives as outlined in the Licensing Act 2003.
£5 million public liability is held with Melt Productions and covers all MELT BAR events.

All of the Melt Mobile Bars are available to hire through a variety of different packages.

Whether you're planning on 'Dry Hiring' our equipment or you would like us to manage it for you, we will work with you to create your perfect bar package.

All of the Melt Bars have been handmade by us in our workshop in Bristol - Meaning they have been created using top quality materials and have been built in such a way that they are suitable for every type of event.

Our bars can serve anything from 50 people to 5,000 people - Our event bars come in 1.5 metre sections that easily slot together. So just let us know how many guests you have and we can recommend what bar size we suggest you use.

We also create bespoke frontage for our bars meaning that we can ensure your bar fits in with the theme and style of your event.
