Guests really enjoyed the experience and I would recommend this to anyone wanting a similar casino experience 1 or 2 teething problems with communication but was dealt with efficiently in the end . A better understanding/ description of how the night would work with money, chips etc would have been helpful in preparing us to have prizes ready as this cost me a lot of money on the night buying prizes from the venue at highly inflated prices. Overall a great night that was enhanced by the experience of the casino and the 2 staff running it

I felt like it started awkwardly despite informing the team of the house issues which was not owned by me, I did inform of the potential issues on the Friday before. But overall pleased and satisfied. The guests were made to feel awkward too because of the transport of the tables to the conservatory area although we did the clear the area we did not feel it was our responsibility to transport property not belonging to us.

•We are not an agency and will undertake the work personally and not farm it out to a 3rd party
