Description
Kbar is a Lincolnshire based company that was opened in 2015. It is a family business that was designed to run alongside our other businesses, a marquee company and an events specialist. Kbar was created as a local mobile bar company that provided the missing services from their existing portfolio. Since its inception Kbar has grown to be a successful company in its own right, and now works nation-wide.
We now have a fully operational mobile venue, offering; Marquees, furniture hire, mobile bars, full planning and luxury glamping with our bell tents. We work with a selection of excellent catering companies, DJ's, florists and more, we really do bring the venue to you, because... Anywhere can be a venue!

Mobile Bars
Our fully serviced mobile bars can offer draught Beers as well as a full array of bottled beers, ciders and ales, and we stock a massive selection of branded spirits and soft drinks that will keep your party going well into the small hours. With a choice of more than 15 Gins, 12 Whiskies and Brandies and 6 Vodkas, as well as all of the usual suspects you would expect from a good bar, your guests will agree that our bars are second to none for choice and value.
Bar Tents & Beer Tents
If you’re looking for more than just a mobile bar for your wedding or event we’re here to help. We stock a large choice of bar tents, Gazebos, Traditional and Clearspan marquees, and can tailor a bar to suit almost any size of event. From 3m x 3m pop-ups to house a bar, up to 15m x 30m framed marquees for full weddings, balls or parties we got it covered.
Marquees for Weddings and Events
We also offer a range of marquees for hire for weddings, parties and events. From wedding standard clearspan marquees that we can line, floor, carpet and light with chandeliers, to Petal Pole marquees that are perfect for festival and ‘Downton Abbey’ style weddings and are lit with fairy lights, we’ve got it covered.
Bell Tents:
We also have a large selection of 4 meter and 5 meter Bell Tents for accommodation at your wedding or event. Bells come with folding beds or full beds, rugs, lights etc. and will sleep up to six guests, our Honeybell even has a log burner.
Furniture Hire
We stock a wide range of chairs, tables, crockery, cutlery, glasses and event items for hire. If you’re running an event or getting married and need anything for your day please drop us a line with your ideas or give us a call. We’d love to help.
Themed bars, Barn and Room lining
If you would like to add a theme for your bar or event we can help. We have lined and decorated all sorts of rooms and buildings from cow sheds and village halls to castles and aircraft hangars. We have turned tin barns into nightclubs and theaters into wedding venues, and have lit winter woodland with coloured lights and houses as backdrops. We have access to all sorts of props from James Bond to Greece and are always up for a challenge…
