Our locally sourced pork is cooked low and slow for a minimum of 7 hours and regularly turned to keep it nice and juicy. All of our baps come with a choice of apple sauce and a healthy portion of stuffing and gravy with side dishes of fresh garden salad, homemade slaw, pasta salad, and potato salad or couscous. This also includes the appropriate staff and a choice of trailers or marquee setups.

Fabulous food and service! Ultra professional. David and his son Ben were phenomenal in the food and service they provided, from booking the whole way through to serving! David kept in touch and checked details with me beforehand so that there were no glitches whatsoever on the evening itself. He was polite and helpful throughout. We are so grateful to them! He made my husband’s birthday party really special.

Absolutely amazing value for money. The food was piping hot when served, there was also a very generous portion given. The choice of beef, turkey or pork and apple sausages was on our menu, but you could have a little of each if you liked. There were also bread baps that you could have with your roast or with just meat/sausages. Nothing was too much trouble. All condiments were also provided. Disposable cartons with lids…

Fergus Gray were brilliant. Great, tasty food, that is flexible for all allergy and vegetarian options as well. Our business park corporate event was very popular and they handled the rush extremely well. Very professional and would highly recommend.

The hog roast worked extremely well. Everything was very professional and the staff were both efficient and friendly. There were many glowing comments from guests on the quality of the whole outfit and on how succulent the meat was. Apparently it had been slow roasted since early morning then brought to us and finished here for an hour and a half, which gave us excellent crackling. Generous quantity too. Highly recommended.
