Our locally sourced pork is cooked low and slow for a minimum of 7 hours and regularly turned to keep it nice and juicy. All of our baps come with a choice of apple sauce and a healthy portion of stuffing and gravy with side dishes of fresh garden salad, homemade slaw, pasta salad, and potato salad or couscous. This also includes the appropriate staff and a choice of trailers or marquee setups.

Candy Floss Crazy attended my 50th "festival" themed party and were absolutely excellent. Everyone remarked how amazing the food was and it was all done with a smile and good humour. Ian and Paris were both so lovely and very easy to work with and I would have no hesitation in recommending them again. The value for money was second to none. Thanks again and see you at my 51st!

Absolutely fantastic Supplier! We booked at the last minute for a corporate event and everything about the experience was top class, from the initial quote enquiry to the day of the event. Karl and his team were fantastic, they managed to cater for all 38 of us in our private work Christmas party, no sweat! Unfortunately we may have been slightly tipsy and forgot to take pictures of the dishes but they were beautiful, well presented and tasty. Also a big thank you for being able to alter the menu to fit everyone's restrictions, I know its not an easy task but it was a big help - see you again next year! ;)

Sandra provided an excellent catering experience for my 50th birthday party at my house. She was responsive to emails during the planning process and was happy to come around before the event and provide samples of the dishes for me to select from. On the night she was punctual and very efficient at setting up and clearing away afterwards. Thoroughly recommended.
