Andrew really went above and beyond I cannot rate his service highly enough. He was attentive professional and friendly and had every detail covered. We couldn't have picked anyone better.
He even came armed with a white umbrella and bottle of buck fizz.

The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish.
I was a little cautious booking my daughters prom car on Poptop as I had never used the website before. LUX Hire quickly put my mind rest.
The communication was great from start to finish. They responded to messages straight away and were happy to accommodate some small changes to the schedule.
On the day, they were on time and the driver Andrew, was amazing. My daughter could not speak more highly of him.
On time, polite and professional. The Mercedes was immaculate.

We booked at the last minute due to someone else letting us down just before our wedding on 15 February.
Graham was quick to respond and helped sort out the specific details throughout the process. With the weather he even suggested a change in the car for a hard top, rather than the convertible we had booked, in order to make it more comfortable for us on the 30 minute transfer.
Very helpful throughout and the car looked amazing.

it all came together eventually. there were blocked roads that would have stopped us getting to the venue, but we worked it out. i would like to say to the driver though.... scottish money is legal tender in england. he would not take us in the limo without payment up front. my sister, from scotland, had scottish notes and we gave that to him, but we had to arrange for someone at the venue to meet us with english money to swap for the scottish money he took.
