Booked for Birthday party

The actual car company was very, very good, driver was fantastic, on time, very friendly. My only issue was the price went up a lot from my initial quote through Poptop. Then VAT needed adding too. This was not clear at all in the initial quote. I'm not sure if this is an admin issue with Poptops. In the end I just paid and in fairness, the service with the driver was outstanding, so I didn't mind.
