Wow, wow, wow. No pictures do this car and Nick justice. Betty (the car’s name) is the most beautiful vehicle I have ever seen in person and was an absolute pleasure to have been driven in. We had one journey with the roof up and one with the roof down and I felt like an absolute princess the whole time. You will not be disappointed. The car itself is INCREDIBLE but I also wanted to talk about Nick, who is an absolute credit. He was not just a driver, he kept me calm, came prepared with water, Prosecco, glasses, mints, chewing gum and tissues. Nothing was too much for him and he a real gentlemen. We would use him again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely beautiful car. Bill arrived nice and early. Was happy to swap the existing ribbon on the car to one matching our colour scheme. He accomodated a last minute additional passenger without hesitation and was helpful and flexible throughout. I can't thank him enough for engaging in a game of hide and seek on arrival at the venue to avoid the car and bride being seen by the coach load of guests that had arrived later than anticipated!! Bill was brilliant throughout, even with the llamas milling around his beautiful vehicle!! The 3 hour booking was perfect length to allow a leisurely journey to the venue, Bill and the car waiting until after he ceremony to allow for photo opportunities. Would highly recommend this service.

Booking through Poptop was a simple and stress-free process. We were able to find the perfect car and be in touch with the hiring company - Grand Luxury Chauffeurs - to ask any questions. Grand Luxury Chauffeurs had amazing customer service for us; they answered all of our questions - very quickly, were flexible with arrival times until we could finally confirm a time and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. The car itself was perfect. My daughter and her five friends travelled to their prom in elegant luxury. A special mention and thank you must go to their chauffeur for the day - Izazur Choudhury - who arrived early, waited patiently for the girls to be ready, helped them with photos outside of the car and was the perfect chauffeur to the venue. I can’t recommend Poptop and Grand Luxury Chauffeurs enough, and won’t hesitate to use them again.

I hired the Mercedes Limo for my son and daughters prom and I must say the car and service totally exceeded my expectations. Wei is an amazingly friendly and professional gentleman, he wrote and called in advance and arrived in plenty of time. There were onboard refreshments and when they arrived at the prom venue Wei gave direction and advice to my son and daughter on what poses they could do with the car which put them both at ease, he was so helpful. I highly recommend Wei and his car service and will be hiring again myself in the future. Thank you for providing an amazing experience as part of prom day Wei!
