Mike and his team were amazing. We couldn’t be happier our choice to book them. The drinks were delicious, the service was so so good, all the team members were friendly, easy going and funny, all our guests loved them. They couldn’t keep away from the bar! Mike went above and beyond at every stage, helping out with jobs far beyond the scope of what we agreed, it was great having them around. I would highly recommend booking POM. The event ran smoothly and service on the day was perfect, arrival was punctual and everything went smoothly. On the day only issue was lack of a menu on the bar (which advert suggested would be provided) There was limited-to-no support in preparing the menu, which is not what was suggested in the advert. Basically we said what we thought we wanted and they said "ok". Shopping list of ingredients was far too late (and I had to send 4 reminders to get it) and communication was very poor between booking and around 5 days before event - had to ask PopTop to intervene to get that communication.

Fantastic service, Carlos was brilliant and made delicious cocktails. He didn’t stop the whole time he was there, definitely worth the money spent! My only piece of feedback would be the overestimation on the shopping list, in particular garnishes that weren’t used, other than that the whole experience was brilliant & I would definitely recommend, thank you again :)

Kevin is amazing - he and his colleague Jess did a brilliant job as the ‘tequila team’ at our party - Walking round all night pouring shots for us all. He was brilliant in the lead up and really responsive and helpful. He went the extra mile for us and supplied the booze too. Brilliant guy can 100% recommend.
