We had excellent service from this company, I reduced the no of stars for value for money because I felt the driver taking the girls to the prom would have played a better job dressed as a chauffeur for the hourly rate

My experience over all was good communication wasn't great tbh as they had my address wrong.but was soon recified after few emails
.on the day my sons prom driver turned up on time was lovely friendly guy..My son loved the GTR.. I think as I paid for a hour and only got 30 mins it's a bit expensive..but never mind ..

"Would like to say that we could not fault the service that we received. From initially booking it with John Blandford, the whole process was completed extremely professionally. The chauffeur picked my wife to be up at 2pm and took her to the Registry Office in Portsmouth. She arrived in plenty of time and after the service, the chauffeur opened champagne for us which we really enjoyed...thank you.
He allowed time for our guests to get to the pier at South Parade and then found a suitable place to park, right next to the pier.
The chauffeur was extremely polite, friendly and chatty which was really nice.
The car, well, it was beautiful decorated in lovely red and white ribbon....which was appropriate as I am a massive Southampton fan!!!
Thank you for your kind attention on the day and I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending you to family and friends in the future,

Mark (the driver and owner) was absolutely fantastic and the car is truly beautiful and was admired both at the church and at the hotel where the reception was held. Mark couldn't do enough for us and was liked by all who came into contact with him. It was my daughter's wedding and she was thrilled with the car and the service provided! Can't speak highly enough of the package provided by Wedding Car Hire Burton.
