Russell from Herts Hot Tub Hire was great, he came on his own on a Saturday and set up the hot tub for me, even putting up with two very excited little boys who constantly questioned him! He gave me full instructions, full dos and don'ts. Kept in contact the whole time delivering and picking up. Genuine fella, would really recommend hiring from him in the future. Amazing hot tub with LED lights. Big enough for 4 and we had a lovely celebration both in the day and then at night with the lights. Was delivered on time and set up without any problems. He went through instructions. Pick up hasn’t happened yet but I’m sure will be as good as the rest of the service.
