Our locally sourced pork is cooked low and slow for a minimum of 7 hours and regularly turned to keep it nice and juicy. All of our baps come with a choice of apple sauce and a healthy portion of stuffing and gravy with side dishes of fresh garden salad, homemade slaw, pasta salad, and potato salad or couscous. This also includes the appropriate staff and a choice of trailers or marquee setups.

"Five Catering were fab! Turned up in good time to get stuff ready and the food was tasty with a great selection for a decent price. We had more than enough food for the people and they also brought all the plates, cutlery, condiments etc so we were very very happy with the service they provided. (P.S. Amazing service and superb Hog Roast! My retirement do at school for nearly 100 staff was fantastic - Tom Piper catered for everyone’s tastes - down to a personal level. My vegetarian colleagues were as full up and my carnivores. David and Ben were ready on the dot for service and there was enough for some seconds for our PE Hungry Horaces.
