Our locally sourced pork is cooked low and slow for a minimum of 7 hours and regularly turned to keep it nice and juicy. All of our baps come with a choice of apple sauce and a healthy portion of stuffing and gravy with side dishes of fresh garden salad, homemade slaw, pasta salad, and potato salad or couscous. This also includes the appropriate staff and a choice of trailers or marquee setups.

"Would recommend this company. The food was great and my guests commented on how delicious it was and some people even went up for thirds!! Steve arrived and set up before guests arrived and left after everyone was served. He wrapped up the left overs which got eaten a bit later on."

Fabulous food and service! Ultra professional. David and his son Ben were phenomenal in the food and service they provided, from booking the whole way through to serving! David kept in touch and checked details with me beforehand so that there were no glitches whatsoever on the evening itself. He was polite and helpful throughout. We are so grateful to them! Brilliant hog roast! Thanks Mark and his Mum for providing a magnificent feast and super efficient service. Mark has been really good at communicating throughout the booking process. They turned up on time and set up really quickly and at the end of the night packed away just as swiftly without leaving a trace! The food was delicious. My vegetarian guests loved the halloumi wraps.

We booked the Hog Co for my 60th birthday and it was a great experience. The booking was quick and easy, pre-planning was good for salads etc and on the day it was all really smooth. Everyone enjoyed the food and there was lots for 60 people with leftovers for me😁 I would recommend the whole experience.
