We hired Tom and his team for our event and they did not disappoint. Everyone complimented us on the food, people went for 2nd’s and even 3rd’s, it was that good! The hog roast was delicious, as well as the salads. Huge quantities and all really tasty. Service was fantastic, communication before the event really prompt and clear. We had nothing to do in the day other than provide a plug for some electricity. Thank you to Jason on the night for doing a stellar job. Highly recommend

Disappointed. I have a witness for when, I specifically asked for a pig to be on the rotisserie and not just pre-cooked meat in a tray. That was very important to me and I made it very clear to Tom. However I just got the meet in a tray. The servers were late in arriving, but were great, no complaints there, but they were surprised that it was such a small gathering when they’re used to doing a minimum of 100 people and apparently that’s why the meat was served in a tray! The pasta dish was not nice and was just thrown away at the end. For the money I paid, I felt very let down and therefore can’t recommend them.

What an amazing experience we had with Yana, Jose, Ellie & Ellie from Crocus Paella who catered our postponed wedding reception this weekend! We couldn’t have asked for a better service, or a better team to cater our reception. They were so friendly and made the most excellent food which was so tasty, traditional, filling and the Paella is also naturally gluten free, nut free and dairy free. Everyone really enjoyed it all! There was plenty left over for people to come and get second helpings. The tapas choices were also absolutely excellent, beautiful meats and cheese selections and fabulous croquettes, all clearly labelled with dietary information where needed. I couldn’t think of a better option for catering which suited absolutely everyone’s preferences and needs than the amazing paella from Crocus Paella, all for an extremely reasonable price. The team set everything up with minimal fuss and a huge amount of enthusiasm. We’ll be recommending them to anyone and everyone, don’t hesitate to book them for your event immediately! We would post some pictures but the food was so excellent it was gobbled before we managed to get some snaps!! We will be looking out for their stands around Brighton, wonderful food from wonderful people. Thank you all so much for such a smashing meal!

Matei catered for a big birthday festival. He communicated throughout the planning stage, coming to the house to meet us, really discussing what it was we'd like on the menu, taking into account any special dietary requirements. On the day itself, Matei and his team arrived early to prepare - everything went really smoothly! We chose to have a BBQ. There was a huge range of food, and everyone loved it! I can't speak highly enough - Matei helped to arrange the perfect day.
