"From the beginning to the end,Mark was fabulous. He listened, advised and absolutely came through. We kept upping the numbers but that did not phase him. We chose Paella’, salad and bread. This was a great addition to our wedding. Luckily we had great weather and loved by all our guests. The ice cream tasted amazing too! With the addition of a sorbet for those who were dairy free. There was an initial lack of communication but close to the time we had a phone call to finalise everything. Would recommend!
