Hi, unfortunately we were VERY disappointed with the catering yesterday. I’ve attached what I saw on your website which was exactly what we wanted and sounded fantastic. We thought all this would be great for almost £100. The other photo I’ve attached is what we actually had (we added the chocolates and the crisps) it was only 3 round plates of food? This is NOT what was stated on your website. I contacted her immediately and she told me that we had been mislead. We were DEFINITELY mislead as paying almost £100 for this was NOT acceptable. We were very disappointed showing the hen her buffet for the night.
We wouldn’t order from here again now as it was false advertising. I went into your website again to see what came up when I went to book and that exact menu came up again.
Is there anything you can do about this, please?

My experience with Rata caterers has been entirely positive. Really easy to deal with before the event and the set up, food and service on the evening was fantastic.

Fantastic couple who despite the long queues, looked after everyone, they were a hit with their spin on ice-cream, and it tasted delicious.
Brilliant service, will definitely use again for our next event

Absolutely fabulous food, the afternoon tea was a wonderful treat for my mam on Mother’s Day. She absolutely loved it, service was fantastic. Thank you so much, would definitely recommend.

As a staff incentive this went down really well, there was a good variety of dipping items to cater something for all dietary requirements. The chocolate smelt and tasted amazing. And the staff working the chocolate fountain were very helpful. I would consider using this company again in the future

Brilliant service, very accommodating, arrived on time and great selection of food. Everyone was delighted with the presentation, quality and amount of food, excellent price too!
