We hired Ken to give my mom a ‘trip down memory lane’ for her 80th birthday present. We all enjoyed the trip very much, and we all felt that it was just a really wonderful afternoon. My mom will be talking about it with her friends for ages!
Ken’s flexibility with my mom’s itinerary and skills driving the Bentley round the streets of the Black Country were much admired!
We we really enjoyed meeting Ken and listening to the interesting history of his 1955 Bentley. Highly recommended.

Wow! Absolutely amazing service and car from Phil. Everything we had hoped and more for Charlie’s prom car. Entrance was perfect and a total show stopper. Car was gorgeous and pristine. Phil is a lovely person, arrives early, Incredibly easy to speak to, knowledgeable and above all, made Charlie feel it was his special occasion. Would 100% recommend Phil and the car and definitely use again.

Overall, I recommend this supplier despite some issues I mention below. On the day chauffeur was friendly and helpful and did everything he could to make everyone feel at ease. The car was immaculately presented.
However, the company's record keeping was inaccurate in two respects: 1) The initial invoice sent to me showed the incorrect date - an important detail. 2) The wedding service ran late, and on coming out of the church the chauffeur advised me that the 2 hour hire period would expire in 20 minutes. I agreed to pay for any additional time. After the event, I checked the original booking on Poptop and found it was for 3 hours. I have pointed this out to the supplier, but not had any reply; nor have I made any additional payment.
As I wrote at the start, I do recommend this company but advise booking through Poptop and carefully checking their invoices and confirmations received from them.

"Absolutely 5* service - all the bridesmaids, groomsmen, family and friends that got to be driven in the beautiful car absolutely loved it and all said how amazing they felt. Very efficient driving as Les had a lot of trips to make back and forth but he was a trooper and kept everyone buzzing for the wedding. Thank you so much!!!!
