Our event was a small family party with around 50 people in attendance but we wanted to make it special as it was our first post-Covid get-together. The band definitely made it special!
I was a first-time user of Poptop so was a little nervous but Chris got in touch as soon as I'd booked the band and got some info about the event. Together we went over the set-list, our options, our plan for the way the night would run, and the band even helped out with a special request to play a song that meant a lot to my parents.
On the actual day, the band were on time, diligent in setting up, and professional at all times. Then when the time came, they rocked! Everybody commented on how good the band were, and having that live music gave the place such an atmosphere that everyone was up and dancing all night. The band were really friendly to our guests, even as the night wore on and a few of us were getting quite drunk!
The set-list was top drawer and the band didn't miss a beat - we couldn't recommend them highly enough and they were worth every penny. Several of my guests asked for their details so I have no doubt we'll be seeing them again!

What a great night, with key numbers that had the crowd singing and dancing all night long. A wide variety of music so the young and the old were amused. African classics to Some queen and rap. Great value for money and a light system that reached out to our space wonderfully

We hired the Alchemists to perform at our wedding, and they were fantastic. They did an amazing set full of suitable songs for the occasion which had people up and dancing but were also relaxed enough for others to mingle and chat.
We had to cancel our wedding 3 times over the lockdown and communication with Ryan was excellent over the year from when we first contacted them, till the big day.
If your looking for a classy, professional and above all entertaining band these guys would be your best bet.

Absolutely brilliant - great voices and lots of fun. We really enjoyed having the Front Covers entertain us at our birthday/charity party celebration. They are a lovely group, totally professional and well organised. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a group who will guarantee a good night of singing and music - they obviously love what they do! Thanks guys - you were fabulous!

What a fantastic night these guys were amazing and made my mum's surprise party a very special evening .I would recommend the swinging 60s to anyone looking for entertainment for an amazing night.
