We ordered a hot tub and decorated gazebo for my sons 10th birthday! Still got it! Can’t get out of it! Delivery friendly and they explained everything really well and were so nice. The decorations in the gazebo were beautifully tropical and looked really lovely especially at night with the fairy lights and led lights in the tub. We’re very happy with everything so far! Amazing. Everything explained very clearly, and easy to follow. Temperature outside was minus 1, so it took longer to heat up, but we just added hot water to speed up the process. Once at temperature, it maintained it well, for the whole time. Loved it. Will definitely do this again. I think emptying it will be tricky, as no hose connection to empty it directly into a drain, so you have to just pull out the plug, which will obviously let the water out everywhere, but if you're ok with that, then this is a great idea. I'd recommend it to everyone.

So lovely!! Couldn’t fault them, and was easy to add an extra few days on when asked. Fast replies when you need to get in touch with them and the lazy spa came in perfect condition, brand new!! Couldn’t recommend them enough!!

We really enjoyed having the hot tub and this is something we will do again. Stephanie who delivered it was lovely. She gave a really through instructions and was polite professional and really nice 😊 We did find the tub took a long time to heat up fully and then when we were in we found the temperature would drop quite quickly so we would have to get out and put the cover on for a couple of hours for it to heat up again, this was disappointing as I would have expected it to stay at the same heat. But over all it was a good experience.
