The duo were very easy to deal with answering emails very promptly. At the event they were great playing all the Irish traditional songs along with some more recent ones. They played any requests we asked for on the night and were very easy going and amenable.Ths event was my father's memorial in a small intimate venue and they were the perfect choice as they played while people were talking yet added a warm ambience to the proceedings People gave me feedback that they were a great find. Thanks to them both for adding something special to our evening.

Newick Folk played at our wedding and they were brilliant! Highly recommended. Karn from the band responded so quickly, everything was done smoothly, they were patient, personable and made our night so special. The band tailored their music to our taste and event, and it really was fantastic. Brilliant music and everyone was raving! I wish I could do it all over again and have them play for us again!

What a fantastic lively group of musicians, suburb music which got everybody dancing all night with help from the caller and dancing team helped guests to enjoy themselves. Theblackmarcs were absolutely fantastic at our wedding (16.03.2019). They were in touch with us at all the key points in the run up to the big day to find out our timings, requests and first dance song. On the night we couldn't have asked for a better band. The music was brilliant. Our guests loved them and they kept the party going til well past midnight. They had people who we never thought we'd see on a dancefloor up dancing the night away!
