Blazing Desire were fantastic at moving the booking due to lockdown. The only negative point was I was sending messages and emails after unanswered phone calls when I wanted confirmation after new government announcements. I was getting worried at no contact but then the phone was answered. On the day the driver Bill was exceptional. The girls loved the experience.

AMAZING TIME. Setting up was easy and Andrew was very helpful. Bus trip was a blast and our driver (Radcliffe) and hostess (Kasia) were also fantastic. A night to remember.

Event went really well x
There was a couple of things I was a bit unhappy with which could of been easily sorted, I'm happy with the service but I would like to give you honest feed back.
1 the food provided was very minimal, hardly any sweets for the kids, there was like one big bag and 2 small packets between 7 kids, could of been more drinks also as not even 7 fruit shoots so some went without.
2 I know we only had a 2 hour slot but it felt very rushed towards the end to get home dead on 5pm, would it of heart if we was 10 - 15 minutes late, I'm not sure it would.
Other than that kids really enjoyed it and it was an awsome experience for them all and that was the aim that we wanted to achieve so all in all were happy.

Aervice was first class. Received a phone call from Keith introducing himself asking if we had any request ie colour of ribbon even to what music we wld like played on our journey. A lovely guy polite jolly made us feel special.. Brilliant would recommend him
