Very impressed by Marco. He coped admirably in the small lodge kitchen; cooking and serving the 6 of us with much attention and care. The food was excellent, with particular praise for the polenta dish. The venison and duck were cooked perfectly and the coffee creme brulee was a hit. Thank you Marco. No request was too small when it came to dietary requirements and you would have hardly known she was there on the night she was so streamlined.
