Mat from Neptune Bars helped make our wedding Happily Ever After party a great success. I was planning the event from the USA so all our correspondence was via email. Mat always replied quickly and was very easy to communicate with. I wanted certain glasses for the toast and he was able to source these for me at a very reasonable price. He arrived in good time to set up his well stocked bar and then quickly cleared up at the end of the evening. I had many compliments throughout the evening on the brilliant bar. When we booked the mobile bar it stated bride and groom would drink for free this wasnt the case, we were told it was an old offer but it was still on their website, we still had to pay for our drinks. We also asked for 2 beers on draught, less than 48 before our wedding we were informed the draught system was not working, they then charged the same price for what would have been a pint for a small bottle of lager. The bar itself was lovely and so were the staff, they turned up before time we were just a bit disappointed.
