Any dietary issue was accommodated, going out of her way to ensure two of our guest had gluten free options which they were delighted to have at the event - EVERYONE is still talking about how good the food was. The van itself was very smart and clean - the standards Vicky set were high - no mess - super tidy - perfect. The Palate Box provided everything we wanted for the most fantastic birthday party. Everyone commented on how wonderful the food was - we went for the ribeye, sea bass Niçoise salad and the halloumi option. Rob was kind enough to cater for both vegan and gluten free guests. The desserts were to die for - not a crumb was left! Rob provided all the crockery and cutlery and cleared everything up afterwards - totally stress-free for us! You will not be disappointed if you book the Palate Box. Thanks so very much, Rob - you were just brilliant!
