We hired this car for my son and his girlfriends prom and the service was unbelievable. They went above and beyond adding ribbons to the car, a playlist of their choice for music, took beautiful photos and spoke about the car. Nothing was to much and it made their evening arriving at prom in this beautiful car. The communication was easy always replying to messages promptly. It just made their prom everything they wished for.

I hired the Party Bus for my 30th - my friends and I had such an amazing time when we were on the bus. However, there were a few things beforehand that were a bit disappointing. I’d arranged for the bus to pick us up at 4:30pm - on the day of my party I got a message to say it would be coming at 5pm. I was fine with that, so when it got to 5pm I got my friends to walk down to the meeting point. The bus ended up being half an hour late, turning up just after 5:30pm (an hour after the original time I’d booked). Annoyingly we were waiting outside for that whole half hour. I was told that I would get the time made up to me, but I’d booked a space in a pub (where other friends were meeting us) at 7pm. So the latest I could do till was 7:15pm, meaning we had 1 hour, 45 mins on the bus. When I got on the bus, I was questioned about if I’d paid the second half of the instalment - I’d done that 2 months prior. So I had to sift through my emails when we got on the bus to prove that I’d paid. Like I said at the beginning, we had the best time but unfortunately I was pretty stressed in the immediate lead up to the event.
