The service, bike, ice cream and personal touches were amazing! My one bit of feedback is to make sure there's understanding of the electricity supply when booking, we almost couldn't set up due to a miscommunication about the type of socket needed for outside hosting. Justin has been friendly, professional and quick to respond leading up to our event (my daughter’s wedding). It was pouring with rain on the day and Justin set himself up under the gazebo, standing there for over an hour, remaining cheerful throughout. His service was first class, friendly and helpful, and the ice cream was delicious. The perfect addition to a magical day (despite the rain!!). I would definitely recommend - thanks Justin!

Lovely looking setup at our wedding venue at Helmingham Hall. The ice cream tasted amazing and it was very much needed in the sun. Staff was friendly, quick to set up and collapse. Perfect for the kids as they have plenty of choice with the extra addition of sprinkles and other accompaniments to have on their ice cream. Thank you very much

Lorenzo's gelato was amazing - my personal favourite the mango and lime, but all the other flavours were highly recommended by others especially the chocolate. The fact they were all vegan too went down well. The unlimited aspect meant everyone could taste everything. Really complimented the main course which was Lebanese street food.

These guys were great, we got married in July thinking we would have pure sunshine, unfortunately that wasn’t the case but these guys showed up and fed us the most amazing gelato in the pouring rain!
