From initial discussions, to how flexible she was with our event right the way through to the delicious crepes and friendly service, Maria was incredible. We would not have had the turn out for our event without Maria and her crepes-they were the main talking point throughout the two days with great feedback from the hospital management team. Spice it Up were great. We had a Garden Party for 80 doctors and their families and the food was delicious especially the Jerk Chicken and steak skewers. The 3 who came on the day were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and they even boxed up the leftovers for us in separate containers. I have no hesitation in recommending the Spice it Up team and we are trying to look for an excuse to have them back!!!

Savoury crêpes - known as galettes in Brittany - are made in their traditional way with naturally gluten-free buckwheat flour. Sweet crêpes are made with a recipe from Brittany, although the buckwheat base can be used with sweet toppings. Variety of savoury & sweet toppings, covering gluten-free, vegetarian & vegan options.
