Mario was extremely helpful prior to the event able to accomodate any changes we needed. Very profession, the food was amazing and beautifully cooked. Wide choice of canapes and main courses to choose from around the Italian theme and was able to pick my husbands favourite dishes for his birthday event. I would highly recommend Mario for any event.
