I booked the Rolls Royce Phantom for my sons Prom. Fahim was very accommodating when we needed to change the timings slightly. The car was lovely and the lads were over the moon with their choice. I thought the pricing was fair compared to other hire companies. Overall a great experience and would definitely use again.

The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. I was a little cautious booking my daughters prom car on Poptop as I had never used the website before. LUX Hire quickly put my mind rest. The communication was great from start to finish. They responded to messages straight away and were happy to accommodate some small changes to the schedule. On the day, they were on time and the driver Andrew, was amazing. My daughter could not speak more highly of him. On time, polite and professional. The Mercedes was immaculate. We hired a British Vintage Daimler V8, in metallic sky blue, I think it was 1961. (I've tried to upload a pic from the day but this site won't let me. I'll try again when I've sent this.) It is an absolutely beautiful machine and was everything I imagined to pick up my American bride to be. Pure vintage British class. The driver on the day was Peter, a true gent, calm with a wry sense of humour. The company is simple and easy to deal with and all the timings on the day were perfect. Gem Archer
