Booked for Birthday party

Richard is a star. Despite Richard's clear communication, due to my own miscalculation, I booked Richard for the wrong date. He turned up punctually however! Not only did Richard help me by ringing around other caricaturists he knew to try to find someone for the date in question with patience and courtesy, but he stayed and managed to draw an excellent likeness of a good number of our guests from photos of them, which saved the situation. The guests really enjoyed them as gifts the following day. I cannot praise Richard enough. He was professional, affable and entertaining, as well as a very talented artist. Thoroughly recommended and wouldn't hesitate to rebook.

Pen Jones was a fabulous addition to my party. My guests loved his drawings! He is also very professional and he interacted with people in a friendly and polite manner. Everyone was happy with the caricatures and it was nice for them to have something to bring back home as a token from the party. I will definitely ask for his services again in the future.

Cool-Caricatures was amazing, he went above and beyond. Was very polite and friendly and even stayed longer then we asked to do a few more drawings.
