I’m so glad that we booked the wonder bar for our party. All of our guests were chuffed to have brilliant cocktails made for them, and Beth and colleague were very friendly and great cocktail makers. Was a great evening - started out by making guests individual cocktails on a menu of 5 different drinks and moved to batch drinks - he ensured to fill up the jugs before leaving and kept to time. We prepped the bar beforehand and provided equipment to keep the bar area clean / dry and easy access to a sink and ice - I think if you’re planning to book this service, that would help you get the most out of it rather than a lot of the time being spent setting up / struggling to keep on top of the cleaning. One small suggestion is to maybe let people know ahead of time what would be useful to have in terms of a more detailed equipment list. As there were many guests and one bartender, we moved to batch cocktails which worked great, but we didn’t have enough jugs - this would have been easy to get had we known :) Also using measures the whole night would’ve been more ideal so the alcohol didn’t get rinsed so quickly, but with 50 people and one bartender, he did a good job to keep things going and the drinks were lovely. By the end of the night he had a weird mix of spirits and mixers to work with and still managed to make good drinks, so thank you for making a great night for everybody!! ☺️

The event ran smoothly and service on the day was perfect, arrival was punctual and everything went smoothly. On the day only issue was lack of a menu on the bar (which advert suggested would be provided) There was limited-to-no support in preparing the menu, which is not what was suggested in the advert. Basically we said what we thought we wanted and they said "ok". Shopping list of ingredients was far too late (and I had to send 4 reminders to get it) and communication was very poor between booking and around 5 days before event - had to ask PopTop to intervene to get that communication.

I have to say this experience was fantastic. From start to finish Fernando and Fernando were calm, hardworking and so kind and accommodating to our tipsy guests. The bar itself was decorated beautifully and the cocktails were delicious, nothing was too much trouble - and the place was left spotless after they left! "I recently hired Keshia and her team from Truely Lush Events via Poptop for my wedding Reception. As soon as Keshia got in contact with me, everything was so easy. She took down everything I wanted, no job was too small. On the day, Keshia and her team turned up and immediately got stuck in to what needed to be done. This was a garden party so we had to battle the rain. They continued working the bar, handing out canapés with a smile, even with the crazy weather. Nobody had an empty glass, just how a party should be. Keshia and her team took the stress away which meant I could enjoy my day. I highly recommend..
