We had a great experience with Andy and the team. They accommodated all our requests for cocktail menu changes and additional requests! They were friendly, helpful, responsive and professional. They arrived in plenty of time on the day and were even ready to start serving early. There was never a long queue, they served everyone efficiently. There was an unforeseen issue with one of the beer pumps (which I believe might've been new) and they quickly and efficiently dealt with this. Even popping out to source a part needed, and still managed to keep serving seamlessly! Thanks so much team :) will definitely book again for our future events

Richard and Jason put on a 5 star service for us. Draught pints and cocktails till the guests couldn't take any more. Definitely hire. Great value. Great service. You won't regret.

Service of the bar and its staff on the night was good however when it came to getting my deposit back after the event this wasn't so good. I was told I'd get my deposit back 2 weeks after event following an email I'd sent about this but I was told that they did have 30 days to process it just so I was aware, fair enough. However 30 days came and went and still no refund! I sent 5 emails over 2 months and got zero response!! I contacted poptop direct who contacted the supplier on my behalf and lo and behold I received my money 2 days later!! No apology for the delay or for the lack of contact either! Not great when I have stuck to my end of the contract paying the deposit and they haven't stuck to theirs. Also it was specifically pointed out to me that they had 30 days to pay yet still went over this time frame!

Professional, friendly service that all the guests commented on favourably. Absolutely fabulous in every way even down to helping my son with his wedding nerves. They tailored the service to our exact needs and things ran like a dream.
