We had an amazing experience with the Range Rover. Our assigned driver, Vee, arrived on time and provided us with VIP treatment. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. I was a little cautious booking my daughters prom car on Poptop as I had never used the website before. LUX Hire quickly put my mind rest. The communication was great from start to finish. They responded to messages straight away and were happy to accommodate some small changes to the schedule. On the day, they were on time and the driver Andrew, was amazing. My daughter could not speak more highly of him. On time, polite and professional. The Mercedes was immaculate.
