Chris absolutely nailed it.
Easy to communicate with in advance. Made the whole lead up feel really easy.
Night of the event turned up early was was ready way before guests came. Bar he brought was perfect for the space. He had two options of sizes, so he is really thinking about it all.
Everyone was blown away by the service and experience.
Will book again this year that’s for sure.

Very poor service. Not as described at all.
The hired bar staff came on time, were professional and did a good job. Our issue is with the management at RubyLemon.
We spoke with management before the booking (after chasing them with many emails and phonecalls), to ensure that everyone was on the same page. Management did not relay any of this information at all to the hired staff, so this was a waste of our time.
However, almost 2 months after the event I was contacted by some of the hired bar staff to inform me that RubyLemon had NOT paid them, which is unacceptable considering we'd paid the full balance before the booking took place. They also mentioned they attempted to contact them multiple times and RL had started ignoring their emails.
I contacted RubyLemon by phone and was met with an incredibly rude member of staff who hung up on me, as she explained that I was not allowed to have an 'attitude', despite the fact they were the company withholding payment. I cannot stress how badly this company appears to be run.
Eventually after contacting poptop and reporting RL as a company they've majestically paid the hired staff, 58 days after the event took place and from a different company name entirely.
RubyLemon are charlatans and shysters, avoid at all costs.

60th birthday bash for my mum and the mixologist making cocktails was such a good addition. Cocktails tasty, very organised and helpful. I would definitely recommend!!!
