Communication prior was really good. We pre-tested the device multiple times before the event, but on the day they would not work properly, had to reset and ended up having access to 2 channels we couldn’t choose and with an hour only access to 1. Not sure what happened, but for me ruined the wedding not being able to listen to more than jump up pop music across 2 channels
