We had a great experience from start to finish with Instinctive Images. It was a pleasure to work with them. Amjid - and assistant Ish - were approachable, accommodating, respectful, kind and completely professional, and the photos - which arrived quickly - really captured the mood and action of our party. Nick was so attentive from start to finish, extremely responsive to requests, kept in close touch on the day to make sure we were confident we had everything covered, and blended easily into the party to capture the best pictures from the event. He was a consummate professional, while still being really friendly and laid back, and never once showed annoyance when I interrupted him in the night to make sure everything was going smoothly. His turnaround for the pictures was astonishing, and most importantly - he made us look good! We'll be using him again in the future.

Katarina showed up when expected for the event and was professional throughout. I waited approximately 2 weeks for the photos as promised however when I received them 95% were ok however the main photos which I planned on framing did not meet my expectations my husband and son look ok in them however I don’t know how but the photos of me looked rough ( no other words to describe it) I thought after two weeks or on the day she would have picked up on them and maybe redone them or photoshopped it abit. I don’t have the photo I wanted unfortunately ☹️ So I’m sorry to say I won’t be using her again. I have sent an email out however no response.

Deb was brilliant! Anyone looking to capture memories of their event shouldn’t hesitate in booking. Was a very quick turnaround and Deb sent through a great selection of photos from the night. Communication was excellent, providing updates on how she was progressing and sent me a sneak peak the day after. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

"I cannot express how happy we were with our amazing photographer Nicky, from our booking (which was so simple) she was brilliant, arranged for call to get to know me and what I was looking for in a hen experience and she surpassed all of our expectations.... planning a hen is generally quite stressful but when a plan comes together it’s incredible. Nicky did exactly what I wanted, made us feel like movie stars, she didn’t need any direction, we just left her to it and felt so comfortable... we can’t wait to see the photos!
