Ken was absolutely wonderful. The communication was great, with a phone call a couple of weeks before and regular updates via text. Arrived early, but was happy to wait / chat about the car. Very lovely to chat to and my son enjoyed his ride to his prom. Ken was a sensible driver and made the experience both safe and lovely! What an amazing experience for our prom. The car was absolutely amazing and was everything we could have wanted, but what sets this service aside was the attention to detail, the care and consideration and the quality of communication. We had prompt responses to any queries and they really went above and beyond to provide an unforgettable experience.
