Fantastic service from start to finish. I had been looking for a while for a catering service that would be suitable for the event that we had planned. However due to lockdowns and uncertainty we only had a short amount of notice. Chef Pat was so helpful, understanding and fast with the service provided. On the day of the event he arrived at site and set up the BBQ and prepared all of the food, side orders etc. He brought plates, cutlery and sauces with him. Everyone at the party was super satisfied with the food and the value for money was brilliant. The range of items on the menu was great and everyone was catered for. I would 100% use Chef Pat's services in the future. Chef Pat was very chatty and accommodating. We were made to feel comfortable and as though no request was too much trouble.

Marcello was fantastic and the food was delicious. He delivered a very professional service and was excellent at surmounting all the hurdles we faced at the venue. Everyone loved the event and complimented the buffet! The only downside was that he charged us extra for having more guests than intended although we didn't order any extra food and it didn't cost him more to feed them. Other than that, perfect! I'll definitely be referring him.

"I was very pleased with the platters Bright Starz Buffets provided for the evening buffet for mt husbands 60th. The delivered in plenty of time and the food was very well and innovatively presented. Many guests commented on how different it was, although it was the same type of food that otbers would provide for a buffet. The food was also good quality and delicious. Phillipa also provides many addional touches, such as disposable spoons and tongs for use with the salads etc. I would highly recommend Bright Starz Buffets. A five star catering service!"

"While not many things are perfect, the hog roast and service for my party was pretty much up there. Brilliant communication from the outset with booking and arrangements. The food was DELICIOUS and everyone at the party was impressed with the quality. 1 guest was Celiac and were catered for with confidence. Cannot recommend enough. Brilliant, thanks Steve and co."
