Russell from Herts Hot Tub Hire was great, he came on his own on a Saturday and set up the hot tub for me, even putting up with two very excited little boys who constantly questioned him! He gave me full instructions, full dos and don'ts. Kept in contact the whole time delivering and picking up. Genuine fella, would really recommend hiring from him in the future. I loved it!!! It was so good to chill out in the hot tub! I have hired a hot tub for Christmas and New Year for a total of 10 days. The service was excellent. Ashley contacted me soon after the booking to arrange time of delivery and pikc up. On the day of delivery he was perfectly on time. He set the hot tub and gave me clear instructions to look after it (don't worry, there is no much to do - just to put a tea spoon of chlo…

We ordered a hot tub and decorated gazebo for my sons 10th birthday! Still got it! Can’t get out of it! Delivery friendly and they explained everything really well and were so nice. The decorations in the gazebo were beautifully tropical and looked really lovely especially at night with the fairy lights and led lights in the tub. We’re very happy with everything so far!
