Matt and his team from The Hungry Monk were so wonderful.
We arranged a canapé & drinks reception for 75 -ish people for a celebration of my Mums life.
Every step of the way organizing the event was stress free thanks to the great communication from
Matt.
Nothing was a problem.
The canapés savory & sweet we chose from their menu were all delicious.
Matt & his team arrived at the venue & set up with no fuss & were so calm & professional.
When guests started arriving Prosecco was served to all.
All through the event drinks & delicious canapés arrived & we never knew the team were there!
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Matt & his team.
And one more thing, the home made brownie's bites served as part of the dessert selection should not be missed !

Lovely service. The team got to our home and somehow instantly seemed to know how to work everything in the kitchen. They barely asked us a question! They served the lovely canapés with professionalism and friendly service. Our guests loved it and we were very grateful to have them there. Most praised dish was the Thai green curry. Thanks team :-)

Chef Eugen was absolutely fantastic and the food was really high quality for a very reasonable price. Everything was plated beautifully, tasted great, and the students and staff in attendance were very happy indeed. Very professional catering service, I highly recommend Chef Eugen for your event!

What a wonderful experience having this company over for my sisters hen do. They were so quick to respond and really lovely. The chef was absolutely fantastic and made everything gluten free. Such amazing value for money and we had such a wonderful evening being fed the most delicious canapés! We didn’t need any main meal it was absolutely perfect and enough. We got more than we thought we would get as well, thank you so much forgiving my sister the best meal experience!!!!

I was nervous as I had booked last minute and all online, but I needn’t to be. The service, the food and the whole experience was great. My guests (around 14) were all delighted and so full by the end of it!
We had the canapés + 2 bowls each (risotto + tagliata) and there was plenty to go around. The chef also accomodate my egg allergy: I had chosen the mini burgers (as too good to pass, although due to the bun I wouldn’t have had them): he made some egg free for me! The two chefs showed up with serving platters and disposable cutlery / bowls. They cleaned up after themselves. One after thought: if you want so, make sure to ask the chefs to leave behind everything; I think some got thrown away if not enough of it (ie two arancini left = bin). I’d have happily had them the next day 😂. All in all flawless service. Will certainly book them again. Bravo!
