When planning our wedding, we knew we wanted a selection of picky foods for people to graze on during our reception before serving pizza in the evening. We contacted Chef Lopez who were very prompt and efficient with thier responses answering all our queries and questions. After we had paid the deposit, we had a chat with Christian to discuss all the details about the service they would provide on the day including dietry requirements, location details and set up times for us to inform the venue. Whilst we didn't see the set up, when we arrived at the venue most of our guests had already tucked in! We saw pictures that people had took and the board looked stunning and very full of all different options for people to graze on with all diety requirements catered for. We only heard good feedback from our guests and the food we did manage to sample was very tasty. We would certainly recommend them for anyone who wants to feed a large number of people with some picky bits before a large meal in the evening. Definitely value for money as there was lots of cheese spare for us to take home!

Chef Eugen delivered amazing quality canapes for our corporate function. He went out of his way to be accommodating and was more than helpful.
The food itself was delicious, there was way more than enough to go round as we had 60-70 guests attend.
Would definitely re-use his service again.

I was nervous as I had booked last minute and all online, but I needn’t to be. The service, the food and the whole experience was great. My guests (around 14) were all delighted and so full by the end of it!
We had the canapés + 2 bowls each (risotto + tagliata) and there was plenty to go around. The chef also accomodate my egg allergy: I had chosen the mini burgers (as too good to pass, although due to the bun I wouldn’t have had them): he made some egg free for me! The two chefs showed up with serving platters and disposable cutlery / bowls. They cleaned up after themselves. One after thought: if you want so, make sure to ask the chefs to leave behind everything; I think some got thrown away if not enough of it (ie two arancini left = bin). I’d have happily had them the next day 😂. All in all flawless service. Will certainly book them again. Bravo!

Alistaire and the Simpli team provided a 3 course meal for 2 for an anniversary dinner during Coronavirus lockdown!
From first contact Alistaire was approachable and helpful, and made some excellent menu suggestions. The booking and delivery process was straightforward.
The meal itself was fantastic. The ingredients were high quality, beautifully presented and tasted amazing. I would be happy to receive a meal like that in a fine dining restaurant!
Alistaire provided all the needed re-heating and plating instructions - and even I (with fairly poor cooking skills!) managed to serve a restaurant quality meal.
We were also provided with some extras like a card and petit fours which made the meal extra special.
I would highly recommend the Simpli team and would definitely use them again for our future catering needs!

What an absolutely fabulous experience from booking to the serving. Five company were swift and clear with replies and help with booking. Our 2 chefs ( AJ and friend) arrived to our hen do through windy roads and floods with plenty of time to prep. They were very friendly and produced delightful food . Guests were very impressed with food quality and all loved the experience. The sticky toffee was to die for. Thank you so much for braving the windy weather and tight roads to make it to our farmhouse! Definitely would recommend this company to everybody and will be using them again! THANK YOU!
