Booking through Poptop was a simple and stress-free process. We were able to find the perfect car and be in touch with the hiring company - Grand Luxury Chauffeurs - to ask any questions.
Grand Luxury Chauffeurs had amazing customer service for us; they answered all of our questions - very quickly, were flexible with arrival times until we could finally confirm a time and nothing seemed too much trouble for them.
The car itself was perfect. My daughter and her five friends travelled to their prom in elegant luxury. A special mention and thank you must go to their chauffeur for the day - Izazur Choudhury - who arrived early, waited patiently for the girls to be ready, helped them with photos outside of the car and was the perfect chauffeur to the venue.
I can’t recommend Poptop and Grand Luxury Chauffeurs enough, and won’t hesitate to use them again.

The Brum Bug was absolutely perfect for our laid back, fun wedding celebration! Alex communicated with me beforehand to make sure we had the plan in place, and he gave himself plenty of time to get over to us so that even though he hit unexpected traffic on the way over he was with us when he said he would be! The car was decorated beautifully amd Alex had put some bottles of water in for us and some mints/ things to freshen and gave us a well needed time to regroup between the ceremony and reception! I wholeheartedly recommend! Thank you Alex!

The driver Gary was soo accommodating! Nothing was too much hassle. Highly recommend. The limo was soo clean. They had bottles of drink in there for us and let us bring our own.
