The Palate Box catered our wedding at Gwrych Castle last month and I can’t praise them enough! Everyone was spoilt for choice and we had so many comments about the quality of the food. There were some problems with the power supply from the castle but Rob handled it so professionally and made sure that everyone had plenty to eat. Great food and great service! Absolutely brilliant, I would highly recommend. Thanks again for helping to make our day amazing!

The hog roast for our wedding celebration was excellent. Nik was very helpful and provided meat alternative and gluten free options. He arrived promptly at the venue and set up without issue or fuss. The food was really delicious, fresh and plenty of it! Nik served all guests and tidied away - in fact I didn't even notice he had left as there was no trace which was very impressive. The entire experience was stress free, value for money and extremely delicious :)
