The suppliers were fantastic. Communication clearly and precise. Timing on point so much so there were early for setup and collected on time. Product and Service was fantastic and hassle free. Matched my expectations and contributed to a very enjoyable experience as there was no anxiety or fear of negative possibilities. The team had great empathy when setting up and tracking down and this also helped me enjoy the event. Brilliant service from Levels. Responsive to queries and very efficient on arrival with set-up and take down. The tent was exactly what we needed and worked really well. Only downside was we were given a 7-9am slot for set-up but they didn't actually come till midday, which was a bit frustrating - luckily not an issue for our actual event. Still would recommend!

So professional and thoughtful. The set up and pick up was on time. The tent, heaters etc was perfect. Everyone at the party loved it. Even though it was freezing out, the space heaters kept everyone warm. So great! Will def use them again!

The 3mx6m marquee was perfect for our family lunch to celebrate our Golden Wedding. We also hired the tables, chairs and linen. All to a very good standard.
