Booked for Birthday party

When I went looking for a band for my husband's 60th Birthday party I didn't have a clue where to start. I discovered Poptop and searched through the bands available for the date. What helped me choose The Wonder Whys was their demo and the reviews they had on the site. It is always a leap in the dark when choosing a band for a one off event but I need not have worried. Contact via phone and email directly with the band prior to the party was friendly, timely and informative. I cannot praise the band highly enough, they obviously enjoy performing and their enthusiasm is infectious, their music was exactly what I wanted. Ours was a small event with a range of ages, but they got people up and dancing and the made the party complete. They have a fabulous sound, are lovely people and I cannot thank them enough for making the party perfect, would highly recommend. Husband was delighted and family and friends impressed.

Booked for Wedding

We can’t thank Groove Allstars enough for their professional approach and outstanding performance at our wedding in the Wylam Brewery. We booked the 8 piece band (male and female singers plus brass) and they literally had the whole wedding dancing all night. They were very accommodating with learning our first dance and also let us select a load of songs off their repertoire to work into their current set list. Can’t recommend these guys enough!!

We would just like to say that choosing Chameleon to do the evening entertainment for our wedding at Carlton Towers was the perfect ending to a magical day. We trusted their professionalism in the choice of music and they certainly didn’t let us down, people were dancing and singing along. Absolutely amazing. Julie and Jim were fantastic. They are very talented musicians as expected, but so friendly and accomodating, great communication throughout the booking, and mingled with our guests. This was a birthday party with people from 0-82 years old and everybody enjoyed themselves. They sang Craig David to Jackson 5. Truly multi talented.
