Hi, unfortunately we were VERY disappointed with the catering yesterday. I’ve attached what I saw on your website which was exactly what we wanted and sounded fantastic. We thought all this would be great for almost £100. The other photo I’ve attached is what we actually had (we added the chocolates and the crisps) it was only 3 round plates of food? This is NOT what was stated on your website. I contacted her immediately and she told me that we had been mislead. We were DEFINITELY mislead as paying almost £100 for this was NOT acceptable. We were very disappointed showing the hen her buffet for the night. We wouldn’t order from here again now as it was false advertising. I went into your website again to see what came up when I went to book and that exact menu came up again. Is there anything you can do about this, please? Thank you. Sophie.

Alistaire and the Simpli team provided a 3 course meal for 2 for an anniversary dinner during Coronavirus lockdown! From first contact Alistaire was approachable and helpful, and made some excellent menu suggestions. The booking and delivery process was straightforward. The meal itself was fantastic. The ingredients were high quality, beautifully presented and tasted amazing. I would be happy to receive a meal like that in a fine dining restaurant! Alistaire provided all the needed re-heating and plating instructions - and even I (with fairly poor cooking skills!) managed to serve a restaurant quality meal. We were also provided with some extras like a card and petit fours which made the meal extra special. I would highly recommend the Simpli team and would definitely use them again for our future catering needs!

What a great success! Oaktop Catering laid on a buffet lunch for 16 adults and 5 young children on Good Friday at the house our family had rented near Rockbeare. Beforehand, Melinda was so helpful in helping to sort out the best menu for the adults and children. On the day, she and Ryun arrived early so that everything was ready in plenty of time. Throughout the day, they were so helpful and accommodating - nothing was too much trouble. And they cleared up everything immaculately at the end. So a sincere 'Thank you' from all my extended family! Highly recommended! Ben M
