The run-up to our event was smooth with quick responses on Whatapp. Jacqueline was great on the day, really friendly, helpful and made great cocktails. She even stayed on for a few minutes to give us some cocktail making tips. I highly recommend this service.

The event ran smoothly and service on the day was perfect, arrival was punctual and everything went smoothly. On the day only issue was lack of a menu on the bar (which advert suggested would be provided) There was limited-to-no support in preparing the menu, which is not what was suggested in the advert. Basically we said what we thought we wanted and they said "ok". Shopping list of ingredients was far too late (and I had to send 4 reminders to get it) and communication was very poor between booking and around 5 days before event - had to ask PopTop to intervene to get that communication.

Derrick was very communicative from the moment I made the booking. He reached out to discuss my needs/wishes for the event and advised on what I would need to purchase. He allocated Kieran for our booking, he turned up early, was incredibly polite and helpful and looked super smart. All the guests complimented the service that Kieran provided and commented on how respectful and attentive he was throughout the evening. I will definitely be booking Kieran again for future events. Thanks so much Derrick and Kieran for ensuring the evening was a success.

We celebrated my daughters 18th Birthday party with the help from Mike the cocktail waiter.... wow i was blown away by how brilliant Mike was. He knew his stuff, and made my daughters party. So i would defaintly recommend Mike from Poptop if you are thinking of having a party/celebration. Oh and great value for money. Provided me with a great, easy to follow shopping list to that helped.
