Overall, the experience with Chef Lukasz was a positive one. The grazing table was laid out beautifully, with incredibly tasty food and was brilliantly received by all of our guests for the event. The professionalism of the staff that set-up was great, and they were both very friendly. There were two minor inconveniences that restricted this being a 5 star rating; 1. We received no contact from the company on the day of the event to let us know their ETA. This did mean that they arrived without warning prior and before the hosts arrived at the venue. 2. We notified that there were 10 total dietary requirements across the 100 attendees for the event. None of the food used on the grazing table had any labelling or information to denote what was suitable for each dietary requirements, or specific individual plates provided of "safe" foods for each dietary need. This was not realised until after set-up had finished and the staff had left, otherwise this may have been able to be handled at the time of the event. Thankfully our guests with dietary needs were all comfortable making educated decisions on what was available, but for others with more restrictive dietary needs or allergies, I would be concerned by the lack of clear labelling / notification.

Luxury, fine dining was provided with a minimum of fuss by Riad and Sarah. The food was exquisite, every diner was complimentary. They are wonderful, friendly, and warm people, providing beautiful food from canapés, to a three course meal all cooked from fresh and served to the table. I would highly recommend Zachary Jaxon Events and will be finding reasons to use them again. Thank you Sarah and Riad, thank you xx (pictures show one of the three choices per course we had. We enjoyed so much we forgot to photograph the rest)
